Need a second Owner

BlazedNetwork is a Minecraft factions server. We have a lot of custom features, and we are looking to add more. Sadly, with school and time, I'm not able to run BlazedNetwork using all my time. Due to this, I will be working on console while the other Owner is in game. How I got the idea of this, was because my Admin said all the players wanted their Owner online to help them. Now, into the details of what the second Owner will do. I will not be paying his/her.
Second Owner will:

• Manage in game helping, and in game work
• Will hire new staff
• Will take care of bugs and glitches and report to our developer.
• Help with Map 2 releasing on Friday
• Help manage the server and keep the player base going
• Help with advertisements to get us more players.

We already have a whole staff team, discord, and forums setup so don't worry about it!
