Need a semi-vanilla survival setup for a small server

Hello Mc Market

I need a semi-vanilla survival setup for a small server
I don't have much experience with creating/owning/hosting servers but I want a server with this:

- Must be survival (obviously)
- Map around 250k x 250k (need that kind of blue world border thingy)
- Economy plugin (read more)
- Functioning economy (I want a /shop plugin (must be a GUI, not a warp) where you can sell and buy items - you decide the prices for everything but I need it to like , function . People can start with farms and sell seeds and stuff and work their way up money wise
- a baltop
- A claiming plugin (preferably Grief Prevention, price for claim blocks must be reasonable and match the economy's standards)
- /shop plugin as I mentioned earlier (must be a GUI)
- I want spawners (only 1.8 mobs, needs to have iron golem spawners too) you must be able to buy these from /shop
- Dupe glitches patched
- A functioning spawn (??) or something

edit: i dont need a big server made
this is just for me and some irl friends and there wont be over 10 people online at once

I can set you up one. 250K is huge though, on my server we have a 10K, and it's just fine for my 20 or so players.
