It needs to have a nice shadow and a lot of detail put into the shield, letters and the eagle/diamond sword).
The A&N letters needs to be custom, which means no fonts.

Both of these should stand out a little bit, and the animated banner has to stand out a lot since it's going to be placed on most minecraft server top lists (just don't use yellow lol). I don't have a limited budget really, so PM me with a price.
