Need a server partner

Hello @all,
I released my network EnderCore a few days ago.
There are a lot of game modes planned and even finished (not released).
Now i'm looking for a server partner for the whole network.
I don't need money for hosting. Just someone who is interested to work on a big network and help me to lead the network.
I have new ideas all the time and it's easy for me to develop them.

The tasks of the server partner are:
Help with advertising
Looking for staff
Managing staff
And a lot of other things

Requirements are:
Age > 15
Experienced with networks
Experienced with advertising
Very friendly

I hope that i will find someone who wants to help me with my project.

How did you release a server that isn't done "at all"?

Yeah it's done, but it feels like something is missing. In my eyes a server is never done. There are updates at any time.
