Need a simple discord bot

I am currently looking for someone to make me a simple discord bot for my minecraft discord server.

The bot should have/be able to be used for:

• Announcement messages/Embed messages
• Sync in with my current discord bot which runs off
  of a spigot plugin designed to sync minecraft and discord's
  chat.

Contact me, I don't really have a budget as I don't know what these things are worth.
