Need a simple plugin made for a vouch

Hi, I am in need of a simple plugin, the premise of this plugin is to remove homes in factions land that they are not in.

for example, if im in a faction and I sethome in that land, then leave the faction then I would want the home to be automatically removed so they cant go back into that factions land.

Need to work with FactionsUUID/SavageFactions

If any developers with low rep wants to do this for a vouch please HMU. Thanks.
