Need a simple VPS for Discord bots

Hey! So I want to learn how to code Discord bots and need a VPS. I am wondering if I can get a free Windows VPS (doesn't have to be activated). I have a YouTube channel (Imqlode) so I can promote there, I can also promote other places, I can promote on my Discord and have other places I can promote on. If this cannot be a free VPS I sadly am not paid until next week, I just want to try and start learning now.

I recommend https://buyvm.net, used them for months and I've had a great experience.
