Need a staff member let me know! Very skilled.

Hey, guys! I know a lot of people are always looking for staff, though it's always a tough decision on who to make staff or not. Who will abuse? Who will not? I am looking for a staff position on any server small or big. I prefer admin as I believe I know a lot about moderating servers. I have owned a few servers in the past, nothing too big as I just gave them away. So let me tell you about myself.
Age: I am currently 18 years old.
Description about me: I am currently in high school playing sports, I have a job so I will not be on 24/7 but will always try to be. I love programming as I been taking programming classes since freshman year of high school. I have taken two years of visual basic, one year of Java, and this year I'm doing game design. ( Not exactly sure what coding language yet as we haven't started until next week ) And I have a lot of skills into the development of servers. Like I said before I owned a couple of Minecraft servers back in the day, I also owned a couple of Garry's mod servers. I am also pretty friendly and do not get angry often unless it's something to get mad about ofc.

Why I would want to become a staff member on a server: I miss the days when I caught hackers and kept a hacking free environment. I miss the days where if helpers or moderators got out of hand or they need help they can always come back to me or I can tell them to straighten up ( I like taking action and charge if needed )

Why you should choose me as a staff member instead of others: I think you should choose me because unlike other people do not understand plugins, they do not understand Minecraft enough. I have been playing Minecraft since it came out ( when I was a kid ) and I know a lot about Minecraft. Now that being said, I also know how to develop plugins ( tho isn't something I would want to do, but others most likely cannot. ) My most recent plugin that is out right now is InsaneMobs 2. The other reason why you should choose me if because I can work on any chat ( ex. Discord, Skype, Teamspeak, etc. ) I also have the knowledge on how to train helpers and moderators, admins, etc. I am also very skilled at making shops ( Love making shops ) and making PVP areas if needed.

What roles do I prefer: I prefer Admin or above. I will take moderator but will NOT take helper. As helper is very boring and I feel like there's no point of me being a helper when I could be something much more important.

Few pointers,

First, if you have a resume I would put it in the thread so people can check out your experience. Next, I saw you prefer mostly only admin and moderator. A lot of server owner's don't like making new staff admin for the reason they are new and don't know how they will perform on the server. It mostly comes down to the server owner and your experience to decide what staff position fits you for the server! Nevertheless best of luck with finding a staff position! :tup:

Thanks for the pointers! I totally agree with what you said too, I know a lot of people like to start people out as helpers, or even trail helpers. I also realize it might be something I would consider if it's a bigger server ( as I could understand ) however servers that have around 1-60 I wouldn't want helper as I feel like it wouldn't be helpful if that makes sense. Anyways thanks!
