Need a survival plots server setup...

I am looking to re-make an old server of mine and need someone to put it together. Will be a survival plots server, but there’s a twist. I need someone who has good experience and preferably able to develop plugins needed (not required).

Please have good rep and a portfolio.
Job is paid and need this done ASAP.
