Need a survival server spawn

Hello,
I need a survival server spawn, i clearly can't build - getting very stressed out as I have spent money on a server spawn already and i don't like it. I need a GOOD builder that isn't just interested in how fast they will get the money. Not sure if there is many genuine people like that on MCM but if you think you are then please contact me.

I am looking for a simplistic design which uses quartz, slabs, sandstone, wool. I have a server that I am inspired by, please contact me if you think you are up to it and let me know how much it will cost. As I really want to know what I am getting and to get an idea of what I really mean, I expect the builder that I accept to build me a 50x50 block sample of what the spawn is going to look like - my spawn is going to be about 400x400 blocks so obviously I am not going to see the full idea but I want to see the type of blocks you will be using, the look of the path and the style of buildings.

I am looking for a spawn that has a shop, pvp arena, information boards, a jail and anything else you think would look great.

$150 is too expensive especially as i'm not looking for a very complex spawn.

You said last night that your build team contacted you and said $90-$150, i was going to find it in the log to show you but apparently i can't open ".gz" files.

I might go with you for the build but I just want to see if anyone else is interested first.
