Need a Texture Pack Designer

**I do not know if this is the correct section for this**
Hello, I am looking for someone who is moderately skilled in texture pack creating.. First of all, I will pay!

Here are the specs im looking for:
Short sword
Very low fire
256x256
Red enchant glow
Red themed pack
Custom day and night
All blocks almost default but (i dont know if you can have 2 different size image like a 256x sword and 32x blocks but if you can) make all the blocks smoother but not 256x to prevent to much fps loss…
Finally all potions to be custom glass and make poison a darker color than normal.. Too tell the difference between speed and poison...
