Need a towny server spawn

Hello MC Market, I will be ending the soft opening and officially opening my towny server in the next couple weeks. I would like to have a new professional spawn for this.

General Requirements:

• Medieval Town Theme
• All buildings should be aligned to chunks. This allows for simplicity with townys default protections.
• Very easy to navigate
• Each section should have large easy to read signs
• All aspects should be visually appealing
• Room for seasonal Decorations that can be easily replaced every holiday/season (Ice sculptures for winter, flowers/fountains for spring, statues for other holidays.) Please include schematics for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and winter.

Additional Features of spawn:

• Spawn area, great views all around, attractive to make a great 1st impression.
  
• Portals - 3 to start expandable to 5
• Server Shop - using chest shop for buy/sell shops
• Mystery Crate Area
• Staff Board - Fairly large, must have room for a couple Owners, 2-3 Admins, 3-5 Moderators, a build team (5+ people) and Youtubers

Arena:

• Should be a part of spawn town
• include a spectator area
• combat floor must be chunk aligned
• entrance to combat floor should be closable for tournaments
• combat floor should include several biomes and hazards

Underground:

• Must be very nice walls/lighting
• large tutorial area for towny commands, and demonstrations of many craftbook setups, pipes, gates, bridges, elevators, planting dispensers, chest shops, and more
• Rules Area
• Donation Area

Please let me know how much this would cost & if you want to do it. Honestly, the budget is small, (Please post estimates) but i'm not looking to take advantage of anyone either. I just want to provide my players with an awesome experience. Build team positions are also available if you are interested in a server to play on, Depending on your skill our max donator rank would be available as well.

yea, after thinking about it, I agree with you... What do you think this would be worth?

That depends very much on how large you want it, and how detailed. The list alone, assuming decent quality, would already be $50.

To be honest, you might stand a good chance trying to get some of the elements you need premade from this site. things such as single houses (or even builds that include houses that are good enough) and other things, then you could ask for a builder to put it all together and make the elements you are missing

Well, I thought of putting several builds together myself, but I am not creative enough to make it look good at all ... I never thought of having a builder use other schematics lol... If I am creative I could up this to a $50 budget.
