Need a Trust Worthy Developer That Can Help me make a Faction Server

I have been wanting to make a faction server for a while now but I don't know how to manage all the plugins and stuff and I don't have the money to find a developer that I would have to pay so if anyone would want to help me reply on this thread

Well someone's not getting an Optimistic reaction.

But yeah, you're right. It is incredibly difficult, time consuming, and costs a lot of money. However, it's also pretty fun if the owner is willing to put in the work. You get to create something of your own design, rather than playing someone else's server which doesn't have the stuff you want.

I would rather save up until you have a budget to hire builders, developers, and many other staff members to help you with the server. Servers are expensive to run as well.
