Need a VPS that's better than OVH Cloud

When a couple friends and I want to play Minecraft, I usually end up with an OVH cloud VPS and I always forget how crappy they are. Need a good (3.5gb minimum) VPS that can handle a large Minecraft world and a handful of demanding plugins; southeast USA and Ubuntu are preferred.

Bear in mind I used the dedicated service from them and suffered absolutely no problems, but would recommend checking out Hetzner.

I've used both OVH dedis and Hetzner's dedis and had a much better experience on Hetzner.

My only issue with dedis is the cost, and I like the no commitment/pricing for cloud services. Do you have any experience with Hetzner cloud?
