Mission Statement
At TourneyCraft, we are committed to building a better gaming community in Minecraft through sports. We strongly believe in the power of promoting a healthy gaming community and encouraging servers, new and old, to flourish and grow.

Who Are We?
TourneyCraft is essentially a grand sports organizer within the realm of Minecraft. Every four years, we have the Olympics. Every four years, we have the World Cup. Every year in Minecraft, we have TourneyCraft. Bringing in players from around the world, TourneyCraft accomplishes a stronger “inter-server” gaming community and establishes a beneficial structure players and servers alike. TourneyCraft helps players discover new servers and helps put selected servers on the “spotlight” throughout our annual sporting event.

What We Do
Annually, the TourneyCraft committee will vote on a pool of servers that have expressed interest in wanting to be a host for the year. The selected server will then have a list of requirements it must accomplish, which is all stated in the code and site before the sporting event takes place in June. The following months coming up to June will be entirely focused on hyping up the event and marketing out to Minecraft players with the partnership between the host server and TourneyCraft. Players interested in wanting to participate in the games will simply file an application on our website. During the month of June, the annual sporting event will take place allowing players from around the world to compete for medals. Aside from the scheduled games, the month of June will essentially be the time for the host to present and “show-off” their server to new players. Becoming a host with TourneyCraft will open new outlets of exposure for servers and ultimately aid in new and old servers alike to continually grow and potentially gain new members.

Hiring
We are currently looking to hire a web developer and a graphics designer to help us make this project come to life. These are currently unpaid positions but may change dependent upon the course of this project! You will be an integral founding member of our team!
