Need a website redesigned

I recently got a server listing website and i just need it re-designed and maybe could add a new couple of features.
I am not looking for something of high budget as i already have the site running

I don't mean to be that guy... But you're chancing your luck with a re-design plus some new features for $20. Most competent devs wouldn't (and really shouldn't) look at touching a re-design for at least $100 upwards. $100 is extremely cheap as well consdering the agency I work at charge upwards of £500/day of work. Chances are you will end up with some very sloppy, non-accessible markup and poorly written css.
