Need a whole lot of staff!

Hello, I have just made a new server and need staff, Because I am low on staff (I don't have any) I will accept the rubbish ones too.The age is 5 or older for my staff and no Skype or any of that is needed.You will need to atleast play about 7 hours a week and here are what is required;Manager: What you would do if someone griefed and because this staff is very very high you will need to be 13 or older, anyway, what you would do if you found a hacker and you will have to help, anyway those are the things required for manager, the rest of the stuff you want to tell me in the manager application you chose for all other staff just tell me what you want.
