Need a xenforo setup and craftingstore theme

The xenforo theme: (I have the picture in the fround i need the same backround as the pic i sent you but for this theme all i need is for it to be forums and the store not votes wor bans)

(But the backround i want the same as the portal page and for the header i dont want it to be gray i want it to be blue
