[Need Advice] Best server jar's and more?

I'm creating a rather large project and was curious what the best jars for performance are without changing regular mechanics. As well as bungeecoord exploit fixes.

I was looking at Aegis and it seems like the best one I could find.

For a spigot fork I'm looking for something that's compatible with every regular spigot plugin but may be more effiecient.

TLDR
What is the best bungeecoord alternative for performance and fixing exploits, and what is the best performance spigot fork without losing compatibility or regular mechanics. Server version 1.14.4 or 1.15.2 compatible

I don't think there are custom jars out there that really make a difference on 1.14.4+ (if they exist at all) as the performance from that version and above is terrible on its own. Your best bet, for the time being, is to use Paper and Waterfall or "Aegis" as a bungeecord alternative.

I'm not sure if Diz's Spigot forks go up to 1.14 but you should for sure check them out. They have really good forks at varying prices.
