Need Advice for my new Server

My name is ToxiicCrystal and I am asking advice from some server owners.
I want to make a Factions server and have a decent amount of players and donations.
I have $50.00 to make the server. So any good advice for a starting plan? I haven't decided which host, what name, or any of that. I just need a plan. Please respond with advice.

Two pieces of advice:

As the two users above already told you, you're not going to go far with $ 50.00. As far as my opinion matters, in order to launch a proper server you'll need around $ 1.000 along with the right contacts.
Second tip, a good way to start is by not making double posts, and especially in the wrong section.

You only have 50$ for this? You won't do much. I'd suggest getting hosting and a domain and get on of your friends to do your builds. Put it up on every server list, tell all your skype contacts and maybe, just maybe you'll get a successful server.

In my opinion, that's how much you need to launch a proper server with the potential to be successful.
