Need Advice Growing My Company

Alright, so I am currently the founder and CEO of a game creation company right? We have an office (will soon make an office tour thread), and we have like 5 people up in my company. We have people certified in Graphic Design, we have people working to get certified in the C# language (they are already certified in frontend web development), and I am currently working to get certified in CISCO CCNA. So yea, I think that since we where founded just a few days ago, we are doing pretty good. I need advice on expanding. We are broke, and are currently working on 2 projects. Any advice would be great.

To be honest with you, you guys should work on what you have right now. Don't think about expanding yet - finish what needs to be finished and try to be presentable to your clients as much as you can.

Possibly look for sponsors/investors that are interested in your company.

Yea, I was starting to look for webhosting sponsors, but what you're saying is that I should just focus on what I currently have, and get things looking professional?

If you're looking to grow anything business-related, communication is key. Whether it be marketing, networking, etc.

If you're a game making company, go to conventions, meetups, etc. and get connected to people who are used to your business.

If you don't feel like getting up and out, then as it's been mentioned above, get into contact with companies and people online.

I don't have any specifics as I don't fiddle with the game-making market.
