Need advice

I'm starting a network with a 0 playerbase but i have money for youtubers ect.
im just wondering what would be the best way to get some players on the server
when its just come up with a 0 playerbase?....
Its going to have OP-Prisons,Factions,Hardcore PVP(like Mcdreamz also im not copying there idea just played on there before and thought it was a good idea),Skyblock{Maybe}

i can easily get youtubers BTW just need to know if thats a smart idea for when it has a 0 playerbase
