Need an interior designer (For a spawn)

Hello guys, I am looking for an interior designer for a spawn that I had made for my server.

Im looking for someone to make the following:

• Info area
• Crates area
• Staff area (where you can see who the staff is on the server)
• Top donator / top voter (monthly)

I'm really looking for someone who can do this for FREE, or return for a vouch.

P.S I also need to the individual to light up my spawn

Rule/Regulation: 9.4 Do not use reputation as a currency, reward, or condition.
I'm not a staff so I cannot enforce or act like I control the rules. But I have the right to object and say I believe this is against the rules. Usually vouch/rep discussions are supposed to be in private, at least that's what I believe. I'm not 100% on this so please, do let me know if I'm being ignorant while posting this.
