Hello. I am going to soon start a factions server. I have multiple experience in doing those kinds of things, such as Owning a decently large discord which is losing players due to me being inactive (https://discord.gg/CAuCgC). I have also owned several servers, one of them is up (192.95.37.203:25631). I will also invest money into it.

Note: I will not be able to invest too much money, I will mostly manage. I will only be able to invest about $200/1-2 months.
