Need asap login system PAYING!!

Hello,
I need someone to put a php/MySQL login system into my html/css.
Features:
- Can’t go to any another pages untill logged in
- When logged in redirect to another page/link (need to be easlt changable)
- Password reset has to work (i got a mail service setup)
- Ability to log out

NEED THIS ASAP AND I GOT THE HTML/CSS DONE!

I think there are many premade login systems like this on github, you'd just have to look around.
