Details: Appears to be OpenVZ on the Clovux VPS which has caused issues with the daemon, but if anybody can help me get the panel installed - I'd be very grateful.

You are unable to run Pterodactyl's daemon (docker) on an OpenVZ machine. You need to purchase a Virtualization/KVM machine. Add me on discord for more information: markd#2702
