NEED BANNER

I have been putting off getting a new banner for way too long. I'm looking more for a drawn banner but in my price range that's not always possible so I'm willing to look at good gfx designers too. So what do I need?
1: 10$ or less (IK I'm cheap)
2: have work for me to look at (sorry brand new designers)
3: I have to like your style, I may not be offering a lot but I'm still gonna be kinda picky
4: Have to be very patient with me ( it's not as easy as you think)
5: Must be fast ( I just don't want to be waiting for weeks on end)

Remember drawn banner= 1st option but very well made gfx is not out of the picture at all.

I love making GFX, I'm better at making MC related GFX, I can also make non-MC related GFX but it's not my best. I currently have a shop that is open and I'm willing to make you a banner (if you'd like of course)
