I need BGP transit session VPS for a long time. it is must support ipv6 transit.
The network latency to connect to mainland China cannot be higher than 180ms.
The actual speed of the network to China is stable and not less than 200M

Might want to check out frantech/buyvm. I dont know what their ping would be to those locations though. They offer BGP on their VPS.
