Started working on my server spawn a couple weeks ago. Progress was going great, but with the advent of school much of my crew including myself haven't been able to work on it as much as we used to. Therefore I'm looking for a builder who is comfortable with working with both I and a friend on it. As most of the work will be done on a server I will be willing to pay in advance if the person in question has adequate vouches/reputation.
I'd argue we are roughly 75% done with it. So it should be a relatively simple job
