I own a server called Cloudcraft, which is home to a small, tight-knit community of cool people that play on a Vanilla+ game mode. In the future however, our development team wants to expand and cultivate and create events for our servers growing player base, and to do this, we need builders! We currently only have a team of around 4 builders and we’d like to expand the team to around 7 or 8 so that the workload can be spread out.
I don’t want to waste your time however. this work would be volunteer work for the time being until the server expands enough so that contributions by the players can pay for development. I understand that can be discouraging, as I would want to be provided compensation for my work (I come from a building background as well), however the scale of the projects our team is attempting to complete is not extreme.
With that being said, the work the builders would be doing is nothing extreme or massive, we’re looking for smaller, consistent builds. This includes building small dungeon components, custom houses (would be scattered through the world as structures), and event builds like minigame maps for bedwars type games, find the button, sumo maps, etc.
