I am Paul I am representing Evolved Gaming and Tony the Founder of Evolved Gaming. I'm 19 years old and from Ireland. I'm the Executive Director of Staff Management. I've been staffing and been around the Minecraft scene for 6+ years and specialize in Marketing and Staff Management.
What is Evolved Gaming?
Our goal is to turn already existing game modes and to transform them into a complete diverse and unique experience. We want to achieve the same concept of these game modes but put our own twist. Lets face it. We all hate joining a server and having the same experience and issues from all the past servers you've played on.
Evolved Gaming chooses to aim away from the modern server owner. WE ARE NOT a pay to win. WE actually love our community and their ideas.
Our staff team actually respects and appreciates the community and will not shrug your complaints or half-ass any concerns you have.

We started with Minecraft because of our comprehensive experience and passion for the game. Tony has worked with multiple large servers and I have been working with Marketing and Managing servers for multiple years.
We have yet to release however we need staff and builders to help us create this amazing experience for us, and our members. We need the following staff;
Executive Directors - Staff Management (TAKEN), Gameplay Development (TAKEN) , Public Relations (available)
This position split up to 3 major roles. Director of Staff Management - Director of Gameplay Development - Director of Public Relations. An executive is only allowed to obtain 2 Director Roles. (i.e. Director of Staff Management and Director of Gameplay Development). Directors are in charge and oversee everything that relates to their role.
Directors are allowed to regulate/maintain/create rules that relate to their department. Directors will have complete and unrestricted control over their department needs, this includes but is not limited to: control panel, website control, in-game permissions, discord admin permissions, some outside party websites that relate to Evolved Gaming (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and so on.
Directors may appoint 1 Associate Director - If 2 Associates is needed for a certain department is will need Tony’s approval.
Associate Director (available)
Associate Directors help play a crucial role in the development of Evolved-Gaming.They work hand-in-hand with their Executive Director in department to ensure customers and our in game platforms are always running efficiently and effectively. They are not given complete control over department needs such as the control panel and website control. But will have restricted access.
Associates deal with any in-game Management inquires and approve/deny/alter any inquires they feel is needed. ALL approvals, denials and alterations MUST be sent and stored in the “Associate Management Inquires” folder so their Executive Director or OWNER can re-approve.
If there is no Associate Director any Management Inquiries must be put into the “Management Inquires” folder. There Executive Directors or Owner, can make their re-approvals.
