NEED BUILDERS!

Hey MCM! I haven't been on in a while. but besides the point. I'm the head builder of a new OP-Prison server (in future will be a network). And I need builders To help Me. Im willing to take some builders under my wing just to help out with making mines and other builds we need. And yes it will be paid eventually

yes eventually. because of the fact that the devs and the owners are spending all the money on plugins and other major server stuff. we don't have a high budget like hypixel or mineplex[DOUBLEPOST=1505144210][/DOUBLEPOST]

thing is, most builders on here aren't willing to risk the 'eventually'. I've taken part in at least 3 'eventually you'll get paid' projects myself, never saw a dime, yet i was kept working on builds almost constantly, and several cases they actually started making constant demands on my time despite having postponed payment twice
I have no idea how you'll handle it, but few builders are willing to risk it, and will treat this as a free job, aka not being interested unless they want to build a portfolio.

It's a much better idea to take a relatively small part out of your budget and buy a few nonexclusives than to try and gather those few willing to risk it.

well, that's unfortunate. If it's a project you're passionate about, by all means keep working on it. If they have you on the same hook they're having you offer to us, you may want to consider telling them that several highly experienced builders have told them there's little chance they'll get the builds they want this way.

well, that's their problem, if you stop liking it I advise you to leave. I wasted enough time with people who refused to listen. If they think they know more about building than you, let them do the building.
