Need Builders!

Hello again! I know that I have been making many threads, but they are all needed!

What I am looking for:
I am looking to hire many builders for my new business! I am a server manager! I am going to need very good builders to help build on those servers being managed. You get paid for quality and size, not just one. I will also be asking you to build on a new network a friend and I are developing. If you want to apply, see below. The payment method is also shown below.

You get 25% upfront and you start.
You get another 25% when you are half done.
The third 25% is when you are almost done.
And the final 25% is when you are done.

This has reached the limit now I've given up on you. I started to make you a full prison setup for $60 and 25% of that is $15 all I got was $5 and you say 25% upfront. I wouldn't deal with this member

For starters, you backed out. Second, I started the 25% upfront AFTER you left. Third, you barely ever go on and build. Fourth, you say you can build whole prisons in a day. Fifth, I said the deadline was February second and you weren't even half done spawn by January 30. Your full of bull****. Also do you look around why i cant do as much and guess what i told you all of these reasons but you was being selfish and thinking about your self. And bugging to pay i dont think so all of this "25% upfront" is a load of rubbish

I made it 25% upfront after I paid the $5. Im glad I didnt pay you the full 25% because if I did, I would have wasted money. You don't complete projects.

I suggest not asking people to judge themselves. Why would anyone ever say they suck at building, if they are trying to get a job? Should just judge that for yourself based upon their portfolio's IMO.

Had to put that. I dont feel like finding all of those in our skype, but overall, he has said he can do it in a day. This one says a weekend. He said he would get it done by the second. Its the seventh now.
