Need builds for prison server

Idea:
For the whole theme of the server is going to be apocalyptic chemical waste land where the ''players'' aka prisoners of the chemical waste land are stuck in this place and the only way to get out is to mine and pay their way out. I am willing to give a lot of creative freedom to the builder or builders. I want it to obviously look like a chemical waste land involving a lot of green chemical slime and nuclear fall out look. With as much detail as possible. I want the spawn to be a more open format. With a place for a staff npc area, donation info area, crate area, pvp area, and a grand spawn area(I don't want the mines to include any mines). I am also looking for prison mine warp areas. I am looking for multiple different mine builds. Depending on the results of the firsts mines I will be willing to buy more. Ultimate goal is to have each mine Rank A-Z to be different design. This is my broad idea if you have more ideas or questions feel free to ask. Please let me know what my initial price point will get me. I am willing to spend more money depending on quality and results of first commission.
