Need Buycraft Background Image Made

I want my buycraft background to be a static image with my servers logo in the background "with logo actually being part of the background".

I have provided a example buycraft of another server that used a static image as there background and put the logo in the background with it.

If anyone is aware how to do any wants to do this for me i will happily pay
