1. Not everyone knows how to make a Minecraft server. How to make plugins, how to make it popular, how to fix bugs etc.
2. I'm not asking for a lot. I'm giving them 90% of the server profits just to fund, they don't have to do anything if they don't want too. I can manage staff and do everything alone I'm fine with that
3. If they really want all of the money I guess I would be fine with giving them 100% , I'm not money hungry

And uh, plugins isn't all the backend work. You need to know how to configure databases, know how to configure DNS, be efficient, and other stuff I don't care to mention. Might need to find a developer also.

You say I have no developing experience whilst you don't even know how to simply configure a server. RUIN YOUR COMMUNITY you were making constant announcements of useless things. working on a forum but not the server you told me "we need a forums to update players on whats happening" when you are not fucking doing shit for the server. While I was working my ass off building a spawn. I was creating a plugin for a custom envoy for your server but then you banned me because you said I was trying to take over your server. You say I make the eta longer when I was the only one who was fucking working on the server while you were worrying about forums. Demoting our owner what the fuck why would I do that and how did I do that. I gave him a few suggestions to make the server successful like He was accepting high staff with no application what so ever just giving them their rank if they asked for it. when I told him we should wait until we create a valid staff application he told me to shut up. Finally, I don't know how to develop? Seriously says the guy who himself says if so inexperienced with this shit. Wheres the proof of me taking over the server??? Asking for money. I specifically told you. You don't have to pay me but if the server makes a lot of profit and you have extra money I might request for a percentage. Then you say "Configure a Database" Do you even know what that means. You probably don't even know what an array is. then "Configure DNS" that is the most basic shit ever like seriously
