Need Co-Owner to Help Run My Server

So i have a server that i made about six months ago and need a co-owner to help me run it
as i do not have the funds to host myself and will need someone to provide funds and help
me run the server in exchange for partial ownership.

I don't have any pictures of the server at this moment however it was fully established with some custom builds.

Requirements:

- Must be 14 or over.
- Must be able to pay for a host for the server and website.
- Must have good knowledge on how to run a server and keep a playerbase.

You want to run the server, but you don't even have the funds to host it? What split is 'partial' ownership if the co-owner is paying for hosting and whatnot?

Well i created the whole server and everything is completed so all the other owner would have to do is pay for a host while i have done everything else.

What else would the co-owner be responsible for? What would they be expected to handle?

I guess typical owner things like being on the server and helping manage the community.
