Need Custom Feature (plugin: /yt)

Hi, I'm a owner of an upcoming network, and I need a plugin for free and called KyraxYT
so basically what it does youtuber ranks get this command /yt [channel link] and what it does when a player does /yt list it gives them a list of youtubers and it also auto broadcasts it
(every 1 minute it broadcasts different youtubers)

I want the auto broadcast to be like:

&a&lKyrax &8> &7Subscribe to this youtuber: &a&l&nwww.youtube.com/channel/<channel>

and the deny message:
&a&lKyraxYT &8> &7Only youtubers can do this &a&lMate!



I will make sure to give credit whoever made this plugin

Could simply just get a auto message plugin and have it broadcast there channel like that.

There are a few plugins that can kind of do what you are thinking. Not exactly but still it might save some people the time.

I think one or two more that aren't as good but just search youtube plugin or something on those times and it will work.
