Some info for you

That portal page was mostly hand drawn then put up there so if you wanted a something like that it would cost a lot for the pics then the cider and for the website itself it looks like it is xenforo and well HTML can't do that alone there would be other code types like CSS if you wanted html (and more)

There's a difference between HTML code and design, you can either hire a web designer to do the artwork and code for you, or you can hire an artist and a developer, remember generally a portal landing page will not cost you a lot on this site, however the good art work will come at a cost. Especially if it is hand drawn.

Plus try not to come across as difficult to deal with.



Makes you sound like you're not going to be easy to deal with at all, also with setting a high standard to have a better landing page than one of the biggest PvP servers in the world, you better have a good budget to go with that attitude.
