Need Custom PvP Timer Plugin

I need a plugin similar to PvP timer.

So a player spawns for the first time with x amount of minutes of PvP protection. It would display the amount of time remaining with a scoreboard. They can choose to take it off when they desire with some command. Along with that, I'd like to be able to select a region with WorldEdit. This region would disallow any players with the PvP timer to enter that area. I'd like it to be the glass type of protection that kohi has.

Yup I do.

It's similar to this. Rather than a combat tag, it's a PvP protectio. Meaning when they join, they receive a PvP protection that disallows them from accessing certain regions. If you can modify your current plugin, I will be interested in purchasing.
