NEED! Custom Setup (Minecraft, Tebex, and Discord)

As the title states, I am looking for a custom setup for all three platforms.

I do not want a template found on the forums, I will be thoroughly going through it.

Goal:
I am looking for an SMP-focused network. Exactly as it sounds, the primary server of the network is the SMP server. Ideally it would be an Earth SMP, but I am not too familiar with how that works with all the additional features from Minecraft updates. So a normally generated world is completely fine.

I do want it to be "unique" in terms of something that separates it from just a standard SMP. I am not too familiar with what is popular right now, but if you could provide me with ideas or point me in the right direction, then I am all ears. I have seen RPG-related ones and do think that is great.

I do plan for future gamemode servers such as Skyblock, Prisons, and Dungeons. But for now it is mainly the SMP.

The server name and logo will be attached below for reference.

What Is Provided:

• Domain
• Server Hosting (OVH, will need to purchase and set up)
• Graphic Design (Logo, Server Icon, etc.)
• Custom Tebex Design
  • I had a previous custom Tebex design completed, I love the look of it but do want an upgrade. For now we can use the current template until a developer/designer is found.
• Custom/Premium Plugins
  • I already own quite a few popular plugins as well as custom ones, but if there are ones needed then please let me know I will purchase them.
• Custom Lobby Spawn
  • I already had this purchased prior. Would like to use it again.
• Custom Spawns/Areas
  • I do not have anything except the lobby spawn. I will be hiring builders as we go forward.

What is Needed:

• Network setup (Bungee, Lobby, SMP)
  • The server ideally is Bedrock compatible. I do not mind if there is a separate SMP made backwards compatible than compared to the main SMP.
• I am looking for just the setup and development. This means I am not looking to hire post finalization unless the server has growth. I am only starting out with friends and family with a store. Afterwards I can focus on marketing and growth.

Budget:
No set budget; provide me your previous works and the price. I am going based off of value and quality-to-price ratio.
Unless you have a lot of rep, I will not be sending payment first. I am 100% fine with going through a middleman if needed. Fees on you.
