Need custom Wild West Style terrain soonish

As the title states, I need a custom western terrain around 8kx8k. There is no basic layout beyond the following:

Mountains in the North
Said mountains are to be taiga biome

About 4-6 large flat areas for towns/cities
Said areas are to be plains biome

Small forest in the southwest area
Forest Biome

The rest should be a nice mixture of mesas, desert, scrubland, and some savanna.

My approximate budget is $70-$80
