Need customer plug-ins for server

Hey yall I have a plan to release I pirate like minecraft server where you can build/buy ships sail across the water with koth-like islands and also the ability to claim land and build a fort. Hoping to find a developer capable of doing these things on spigot for pay

Quick suggestion. If you're going raw on this just with the idea in mind it won't work. More because most of the developers will ask you for a google doc or some sort of document with all the information how things are going to work & look and the ideas you have. Normally you can't just go step by step asking a dev to make this and that without knowing the final product mostly because if you don't have a plan you don't know if things are going to work the way you want them or if they're not somehow broken. I'm saying this only because you didn't provide any information except "I want to make a pirate minecraft server, where you can sail across". That ain't enough for such a project. But the idea sounds nice and unique, good luck!

i do have some documents describing features and a final outline, i'm just using the platform to find someone with experience in coding core plugins & experimental features. I do appreciate the tip though
