Hello there.

My name is Ryan or ReTr00, and I am 16 years old. Originally, people think that because I am 16, I do not have the funds or the knowledge to do this, but I can assure you that I do. Originally, I started as a manager for smaller servers, but I knew it wouldn't quite cut, so I got my first project at OPCraft, where the server developed into something quite special, but we parted ways. I then got a job on Arkham Network (1500+ players at peak time) and worked there a couple of months before departing also. The reason why I'm telling you this is so that you understand where I am coming from, and what standard this could get to, as I know the best methods these servers make money. Below is a chunk of information on what I think you should know, to see what I am looking for, and how things will work.

I own my own network called ElementalMC, where we plan on developing it into a full-blown network, with a lot of custom features to ensure that our network is like no other. Although we are in very early stages, I need 1/2 dedicated developers that will be able to help provide development at a speedy rate for the server release. There is a lot to cover and will be a very extensive task, however, I plan on getting a lot of advertisement to ensure that the server is quite popular, and to ensure that we make a lot of money.
