need dev (has to do with cheatengine/ timer hack)

I'm looking for a dev to work with me on Cheat Engine. Cheat Engine has a feature that speeds up processes and I used it for minecraft to give me slight speed and such. It's detectable though in event viewer and all that though.. I wanted to see if there was a dev that could somehow turn the speedhack part of it into a .jar? like a timer hack that you could have like 0.2 speed on.. or some undetectable way of running cheat engine? just some way.. if this is possible contact me.
