I then also need a team version made (2 players spawn in each glass box)

My budget is $40 and will be paid in paypal, after i have seen the plugins working.

No offensw but no one is gonna do this considering how outdated your network is plus the fact erroes r guaranteed to occur with that old of a version using something like this. So your looking at anywhere from $60+ for this. The fact someone offered to do it for $40 is just astonishing. I'd take their offer if I were you or don't its up to you but that's the cheapest you will ever get for this.

Wanted me to send him plugin first without payment or proof that he had said payment. He is a scammer. Wouldn't recommend working with this guy. Also, claimed he made bank from his server network that had 10k plus players daily. Hmmm so why you paying $40 for this bro? Why not hire a developer?
