Hey, guys. I am planning to make PVP server from now. BuildTeam make a great map, but there is no developer that makes plugin. So, here I am looking for my server developer.

conditions
-A person who can make a large plugin
(Example:UHC,ArenaPVP…)
-Person who makes plugin with 20 $
People who make plugins for free are the best!
-Person who has Twitter or Discord
-Someone who wants to make my server a fun server

This right here is the problem with this community. You're looking at people who don't understand the difficulties of coding, and just assume that because it's a Minecraft plugin, it shouldn't cost much. Coding in Minecraft is just like coding in the real world. You may find a larger amount of inexperienced developers here who are willing to make stuff for cheap because they don't know to charge more, or because this is the only place where their low quality code works, but in the end those people are not going to get you a good plugin, especially not for something as big as you want. $20 will buy you medium-small plugin from a decent dev, or a crappy medium plugin from a less-than-decent dev. I'd be extremely impressed if anybody who offered to make a UHC core for $20 could even get what you wanted done, let alone do it right.
