Need Developer for my (POTENTIAL) Faction / Hub server

All my current staff are retarded. and i mean actually retarded. We had a small pb that lasted for a year die in one day due to them being retarded. We have a good server and I need a developer that will do all my work for me. I will give you 60% donation cuts ~ I will still own server and do stuff but You do it also. if that makes sense.

If you wanna own a server you will be FORCED to pay devs for projects they do as they are the backbone of the server. Don’t be a fucking idiot and have money to invest into your server before sounding stupid as fuck.

Im not going to pay a randy dev money; I already have Crura who makes plugins and i pay for i dont need another - less experienced guy doing work for money, i would do precentages

I would like to get your thoughts as to why you think that I am a less experienced developer? To add onto that, why you made a thread requesting developers and now all of a sudden you don't need anymore and have already had a developer?

I am looking for a developer that can fix in game bugs - players are always on and im not always on - people need stuff fixed and when im not there they quit (THAT IS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR) <--- Also I have nothing against you nor anyone related to minecraft. (Except that boy revvs and droppedpvp) Sorry if i came off rude and toxic to you.
