Need developer for website

I need an experienced developer, I don't have the best knowledge of what it all means but i basically am using enjin as of now to create a website and i don't like the look, i want to get something that looks similar to mineplex's website, i like it when things are symmetrical.
I'm also not quite sure if i should buy a web host because i have no idea how forums and shops and everything will work, i'm very confused.

If i am able to remove enjins sub-domain then i might stay with enjin if it will make it easier
