Need Developer (Skyblock Server)

Hello,
Before I begin my thread, I would like to introduce myself and my server. I am a Minecraft YouTuber with 30,000 Subscribers. I created a Skyblock server with a couple other YouTubers. One with 75,000 Subscribers, and one with 15,000 Subscribers.

We’re pursuing a dedicated developer (not a service team) who will work with us on a commission based business relationship (Paid per plugin). We would prefer a developer with knowledge in regards to Skyblock, who would be consistently available for both implementation of new plugins, and bug fixes on existing plugins.

Obviously I'm searching for someone good, so I will only be looking at developers that are able to provide a portfolio or showcase previous work. Going to ignore any comments that don’t provide one. If you are interested, please respond to the thread or inbox me on the forums with your previous work.

Well, I've done some private projects (which I don't have screenshots right now) but most of my plugins are available on spigot: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/authors/lagbug.410906/ This looks like an interesting position.
